PÂMELA NAOMI NAKAMURA works in the areas of banking law, capital markets, contracts, and compliance.

 

With over 14 years of experience, she has advised companies and financial institutions on national and cross-border financial transactions, project financing, public and private offerings in the capital markets, and the drafting/negotiation of highly complex contracts. More recently, she has worked on the implementation of corporate governance practices (establishment and oversight of management bodies and advisory committees) and compliance.

 

She holds a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a specialization in Financial and Capital Markets Law from Insper.
