MARCOS THEMUDO LESSA has 25 years of experience in business law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, financing, and strategic conductions of mediations and litigations involving corporate and business matters.

 

He began his career as a lawyer in the mergers and acquisitions sector at Mattos Filho Advogados and worked as an international associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. Before founding Themudo Lessa Advogados, he served as a legal director at Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN).

 

Marcos holds a degree in law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and has a Master of Laws (LLM) in corporate law from Northwestern University, where he graduated cum laude. Additionally, he is certified in business administration from Kellogg School of Management.
