With 20 years of experience, having worked in large and leading firms in Brazil. Advised companies, financial institutions and investors on international and national financial operations, project financing, debt issuances in the international market, public and private offerings in the capital markets, debt restructuring and M&A operations.

 

As representative operations in recent years, she was responsible for several operations focused on ESG, among them, the first issuance of green bonds in the international market by a Brazilian company, issuance of ESG financial letters by financial institutions, infrastructure debentures, securitization operations (CRA and CRI), bonds and debts of financial institutions with regulatory capital component (Tier I and Tier II).

 

She holds a degree from Instituto Presbiteriano Mackenzie and an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
