JULIA NOGUEIRA focuses on the tax area, including tax consultancy, planning, litigation, and tax aspects of M&A transactions. 

She has previously worked in renowned law firms, such as the tax and corporate practices of Demarest & Almeida, where she stayed for 10 years before leaving to lead the tax practice of Santos Bevilaqua Advogados. 
 

Graduated from Universidade Federal da Bahia, she holds a master’s and a doctorate degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. She has published several articles as well as the books “Imposto sobre a Renda na Fonte” (Quartier Latin – 2007) and “Tributação do Mercado de Seguros, Resseguros e Previdência Complementar” (Noeses – 2016).
