GLÁUCIA PEIXOTO SIMONIS focuses on M&A, corporate reorganizations, companies’ incorporation and contract law.

She started her career at the civil litigation practice of Machado Meyer and Sergio Bermudes, and later engaged in corporate practice with other national law firms.
